After we have received all the information,our design team will start working on the design of the stand.
The design with quote is presented to you. If any adjustments are needed after explanation, we will make them.The design is then presented again. Only after approval of the design and quote will we get to work and start realizing the stand.
We can also take care of technical matters if you wish. We can take care of all requests and other matters that need to be done for you in good consultation.This way you can focus on your product and the trade fair.
Once the design has been approved by the organization, we can start ordering the materials and production.
We will put the project into production and prepare the stand from A to Z for on-site installation.
The stand is brought to the location by us and assembled and painted there.If agreements have been made about the decoration or other facilities such as a tap installation, catering equipment, LED screens or other media, Interstyling will of course take care of this.
The stand will be delivered at the location where your event will take place at the agreed time.Upon delivery, we will walk through the stand with you according to all agreements.
If any adjustments are needed, we can arrange this on site.
At the end of the fair we will dismantle the stand and leave the stand in good order.
You don’t have to worry about this either.
After the fair, when everything has been handled, we will contact you to discuss the project.We do this to see together whether there are any points for improvement for a next project.So that together we can achieve an even better result.
